All parts are original HP items, even if/when marked with the root number, rather than 19XX-XXXX, etc. All new parts are from ex-HP factory or service parts stock, used parts are from HP equipment, and in most cases are simply unplugged from sockets, not unsoldered, but some discrete parts can only be unsoldered. Where possible, we do a functional check on used parts, but all used items are supplied as-is. | |||

![]() ![]() A TRANSISTOR normally begins 185X, where X is any number from 0-9. Early parts had only a 3 digit suffix, so you have to add in the leading zeroes to get the current full number. ICs begin 182X, where X is any number from 0-9, again followed by the specific part suffix. Be aware that a 2N equivalent is a wide specification, and the HP equivalent part may have been selected from that for gain, Ft, leakage, Voltage or other features, so some experimentation might be required with a substitution. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Real Parts Examples:
