These are the RF diodes we have, from microwave mixers and varactors to lower frequency varicap tuning diodes. Makers include Microwave Associates, MSC/Microwave Semiconductor Corporation, Motorola, and Siemens. Since many of these firms have stopped making these RF Power parts, are now gone, amalgamated, or regrouped, these can be a real life saver. We have sample tested each batch where possible, all parts tested were good.

A huge range of parts, including many experimental parts and matched sets. We bought up several lab inventories (Including Rockwell/Collins surplus parts) and spares pools to get some specific parts we needed, and these parts are left over from those batches. Sorry, we can't safely send most individual small parts in a regular letter envelope, they get destroyed by the automated handling equipment. Sometimes we can ship very rugged parts in a small padded envelope by letter post. Ask Susan.
